basic, no-frills DVD?

Hi,

I can't figure out how to simply turn a movie into a DVD. iDVD sets me up with all these fancy themes and drop-zones; i just want the movie to be on a dvd. Anyone know how to do this? Can I set iDVD to "blank slate" mode or something?

Roxio Toast Titanium will do this for you, but it is not free.

it seems that iDVD has a File -> OneStep DVD option.

Try Burn, it's like a more basic form of Toast and it burns much faster
