Batch Converting Video Files

Hello all,
I have around 20 video files that are in the MKV file format. I need to get them to MP4 for my iPhone. I have Handbrake, but can't figure out how to batch convert them. Does anyone know how to do this via HandBrake or another application?

I have tried to use that app, but it doesn't let me choose the framerate, resolution, and output location.

Doing each one manually and adding it to the queue isn't what I'm looking for. I need something that i can set the options and drag in a bunch of files.

I'm not familiar with how to make a script like that. Is there one available to download?

What i normally do in Handbrake is setup the first movie. When you have set up the different stud res, framerate and res etc, create a new preset. press add to queue, then press source choose next file press the preset add to queue and so forth and finally press start.

Open Handbrake. When the select source dialog comes up, select the Folder that contains all the movies you want to convert.
Once it's done getting your selection, Choose "Add All Titles to Queue" From Handbrake's File Menu.
Look at the Queue window to ensure that they've all been added. Make your tweaks to the conversion process, and hit the start button. Handbrake will process everything in the folder you selected.
