Who would win in a fight, Batman or Navy Seal Team 6? I guess to make it fair to Batman the fight will take place in Gotham City. Both Batman and Seal Team 6 have every available tactical tool to use.

And Alfred? I'll get some useful intel there for sure. If that's the case, I'll go for the Seals.
Yeah, I was on the fence until I saw this....
Batman would lose. Both sides have a penchant for being invisible. Except when batman does appear, he beats the **** out of someone. When Seal Team Six appears they put a few silenced rounds thru your body and then pose questions satirically to the fresh corpses they just created. So when Batman drops down from a tree or something to beat up the Seal team, the rest of the team just kills him and continues their hunt for Tacos.
Batman has taken on gun toting, trained soldiers before.

Batman is a fictional character and the good guy. He has what is commonly referred to as "plotkai" on his side. Nothing defeats "plotkai". If you cannot accept this, you are not long for the world of fictional situations.
Seal Team Six in first round.
Batman in round 2 and every other round afterwards.

How much time would they have to plan an attack? Batman would exploit every weakness found in every member of SEAL Team 6. He'll devise a meticulous plan that takes every possible contingent into account (every known tactics, weapons and so on). After all the research and planning, he'll just jump from the building top and try to punch his way through the SpecOps guys.
The SEAL will unload rounds after rounds from their M4 into Batsy, but he's got bullet proof armor on (3 generations more advance than the best available to Black Ops). So no damage. Batman doesn't kill so it's gonna be a long battle.
My conclusion: a draw.
Both lose to Solid Snake for 2 reasons. 1) Snake shoot to kill (SEAL are in trouble there) and 2) his actions are erratic at best (Batman is in trouble there). Being unpredictable is why the Joker is Batman's toughest foe despite having no super powers.
