I think one of the iOS6 bugs with those who are experiencing bad battery life is due to Push and Fetch not working properly(gmail mostly) and draining excessively. Does anyone who has bad battery life use push or fetch? I switched to manual and it seems to have fixed it. i know everyone is having their little own issue, just wondering what others thought. hopefully 6.01 helps

Yep I had the same thing. I turned all mine off to manual and it's fine. I did turn on my main email Mediacom and it's fine. My work email is exchange and I think that is the problem. I left it to manual.

yeah think xchange is the issue as well. it will affect those who setup gmail as exchange. not sure if this was issue on 4S, didn't use it long enough and I gave up on batt life on that phone early on, just deciding to live with it.

I have it set to push. I will set it to manual and see what my battery life looks like. Also I have mine set to 1 hour.

I don't get enough emails a day to activate push, so I fetch. Saves me a tad more battery life...

A tad...
