Nope, it's an APC and uses the built-in UPS panel in Energy Saver.I would think that the UPS with have associated software that would do that.
I would imagine this is a really niche app and it might not be long before Apple brings this to the Mac since Mac and iOS use the same battery icons right now. There's probably a limited timeframe while this app can make money for people who really want this now so I understand the cost (but not personally getting it).$9 for a batteries app? Sorry, a little too luxurious for me.
Such apps are begging to be Sherlocked 😂
So you can pay $9 to see the battery percentage inside the battery icon instead of next to it as it is now? Is this for real? Who asked for this?
That’s what this app doesIt would be nice if there was an app/widget that would track all apple devices e.g. see iPad battery on iPhone.
If it could actually do something useful, such as stop my battery charging once it hits 80%, then it would be worth it. Although, I don't know why that isn't a built in option for all Apple devices, since that's what they recommend as the healthiest level for your battery.$9 for a batteries app? I second thatI prefer coconut battery.

It is available. Beside the battery icon. This is just mimicking the JUST ADDED icon on iOS 16.Unless Apple lacks the ability to display accurate battery percentages - not sure why this isnt available by default...
I am sure apple will release this in the future and tout it as a game changing feature.
It exactly..Apple GUIKinda wish Apple would just use the same design everywhere (iPhone, iPad & MacBooks). I don't know how implements the top bar in iOS/macOS, but you'd think that there'd be at least *some* overlap in the code.
