Battery all messed up

It will not charge to 100 stops at 97 and all battery utilities show different percentages.
 
I believe that Apple sets it up so that the battery will charge VERY slowly after 97% or not even charge at all after 97% to save the battery.
 
I let mine charge over night and since I had it its been charging at 100%.
The battery lasts me all day till i'm ready to hit the sack. dunno
