since installing 12.0.1 the battery meter on multiple iPhones is jumping all over the place. It will drop from 50% to 30% or from 30% to shutting down. Feels like the iPhone shutdown issue all over again. Should’ve stuck to iOS 12.0.

Having the exact same issue. My battery was draining really fast yesterday like 100-0 in a matter of 5 hours and it was completely dead. Then I took it home to charge and it charged to 100 in like 30 minutes. Today its acting a bit better but I don't know how long it'll last. Apple never gets anything right, always fixes one thing and another gets messed up.
