Is there any need to calibrate the battery in the iPhone 7? I don't see any mention of it on the apple support site but some users swear by it.

Is this just a behavioral relic from previous generations of inferior battery technology, or is it still a good practice?

Thanks.

The best way to calibrate it is to let it get to under 20% before charging it, and ONLY charge it up to 100%. Using it while its charging also does not help, just leave it on the charger and it'll charge faster and give you a more accurate reading.
