So, is this normal or a potential problem? See image. Specifically the difference between Capacity and charge remaining. This is a week old maxed out 15" TB MBP

Normal.
My battery when full says it has a full-charge of 103% of capacity.

Ah so I'm just reading it wrong? I thought I was 7% less, not more. My dyslexia kicking in 😀

You are reading it right. But I was comparing your battery to the official spec. Your battery is better.
