iPhone XS Max Battery case issue

Last night when my battery case got down to 1 percent....it cycled between charging and not charging over and over again...super quickly. Like in two minutes it probably would happen like 100 times. In the view of the battery percentage in the widget it would also show 1 percent and then disappear completely over and be over again. I took the case off and put it back on and it happened again.It stopped when I charged the case. Anyone else with this issue. This is the Apple case. I had just taken it to the store yesterday so show them the wear and tear on the case...they said they would replace it in the future if I want because the other night it stopped charging the phone when the battery case still has a charge.

Something is wrong with your case....mine does not do that.

I haven’t been back to the store yet but it started doing something new. It permanently shows it is at 1 percent and charging my phone even once it has died and it is clearly not charging the phone.

Unplug it and charge separately, then plug back into phone.

It shouldn’t behave that way.

Bring the case back for a new one. Apple will replace it.

That's some weird stuff happening there. No issues here whatsoever. Has been working like a charm.

As stated above: get it replaced.

Slightly off topic: I hope iOS13 brings us two battery logos on the top. (Similar like the two cellular connections on a dual sim XS Max)

I would love to see a double battery indicator.
