Battery Charging Issues w/MBP

When not using my MBP I have it always charging.

A few times now recently I've removed my MBP from the charger and it was dead.

Just now I removed it after not using it for 24 hours at the battery level is at 51%.

What is going on? An issue with my charging brick? Charging cable? MBP? Please help. Thanks.

How old is the MPB ?

Have you checked the battery using "Coconut Battery"? (free app).
What results do you get?
