Battery Degradation (new MBP)

I heard that it degrades the battery faster to have it plugged in all the time (which is what I do now)....is there any truth to this? Obviously I want my new MBP C2D battery to last as long as possible..

Not true. The charger contains smart sensors. So when your battery is fully charged it will stop charging it.

Then you should use it. Keeping it plugged in all the time will cause the battery to degrade faster.
