On a road trip this week I charged my Macbook pro and my iphone on a new power inverter ( CyberPower 200W). Now both of my devices show a remarkably fast battery depletion. Any knowledge of this is appreciated. Thanks

I had the same thing happen to my old iPhone when I used a Verizon charger on it in the car. Battery life went to less than half what it was.
