battery difference? early 2008 vs unibody mbp

hi im just wondering is the mbp battery that u can find on apple's website right now can b used on the old mbp? and is the battery life way longer?

the battery from the UMBP and the older model, are NOT the same. so watch out what you are buying.

The unibody batteries are not the same and not compatible with older systems ( and vice versa ).
