Battery Doctor/clean junk app

Does anyone use this app?? Ever since upgrading to iOS 9 and iPhone 6s it won't clean extra data/junk. Anyone have any ideas or alternative apps? I am fanatical about keeping the size of my apps down 🙁

Edit: I'm also tired of deleting and reinstalling apps

It appears to be working on my iPhone 6s Plus.
