Hi guys,

shortly: my iPhone 11 (ios 13.4.1) battery drains faster than 1-2 month ago (by~20-30%). Maximum capacity is 96%. Usage pattern, apps, screen time are same as month ago. Was checked by Apple support distantly - it's all ok. One interesting thing when I restored my device to factory settings I've got battery capacity 100% (while it was 96%). Also Optimized battery charging doesn't work for me as it usually charge up to 100% wo break at 80%.

Maybe smth with battery controller? What do you think?

same here , my pro max is exactly 6 weeks old today and my battery health max capacity is at 97% . optimized battery charging doesnt work all the time it reads your usage pattern and work only if you left your phone charging for long time. by the way how do you reset your phone to reset the battery health reading? i tried once but the battery health is still the same for me .

I guess it was a kind of bug. I've just restored my iPhone to factory settings (like it was new) via iTunes. And surprise-surprise battery is on 100%:)
I'm not so worrried about battery %% (as it is ok untill 80-85%) I concerned about decreased attery performance...

I upgraded to an 11 Pro from a XR one week ago. Noticed that the battery was draining waaaay too fast and the phone getting hot while doing very minimal tasks. I found it weird and disappointing since Apple and every tech reviewer went on and on about stellar battery life on the 11 series.
So yesterday, I went to the shop I got it from and exchanged it for a new one... guess what? The exact same thing is happening.
I am really angry and disappointed because I was so happy about this upgrade... I’m pretty sure this is a software issue. I’m just hoping Apple does something about it because iOS 13 has been a running fiasco. Unacceptable for a company that sells €1200 phones...
