Battery Drain issue with Both series 8 and SE

Both my apple watch series 8 and my wifes SE over the last few days have been dying about half way through the day. After the latest update the both cut from lasting all day to only lasting half at most.
 
Restart first and check. If not fixed then Unpair and repair with the phone. Most issues get sorted by this process.
