    DetailedBatteryUsage

Use that application to keep an eye on your battery and to see what is draining it.

anyone else finding this to be the case in detailedbatteryusage? my active and background usage times seem to be flipped. That is, I'm pretty sure the 1 hr 19 of "background" usage better matches my Active usage time and the 4 hr 49 min of "active" usage time better matches my Background usage.

Thinking of giving DetailBatteryUsage would be worth a try when I jailbreak, opinions?
Been away and not sure if BatteryDetective is working with iOS8.

A friend of mine was having issues like this with his plus.

He restored as new, ran the latest version of Pangu and then used the back up.

    Battery issues were gone.

I think it's the background keyboard daemon.

Anyone can help to explain how detailedbatteryusage works?

What is the cut-off for it to start tracking your battery usage? Does the active usage corresponds to the normal battery usage (before JB)? The reason I asked is we know that everytime we re-spring the normal battery usage gets cleared. Does it affect the statistics captured in detailedbatterusage also?

From what I noticed, the readings in active usage is different from the normal battery usage.

I have been JB for the last several days. I finally ran my battery down last night after 3 days and 13 hours off charger. I have never seen an iPhone with a battery that last like the 6+. I only have 2 apps that I let do background refresh and all my mail is set to manual, not push or fetch. See if you can adjust these two things and I'm sure it will help a lot.
