Battery drops in 3% or 4% chuncks

It's not all the time, just occasionally but it never did it on ios 6.

I've had it happen too on my iPhone 5 since installing iOS7.

Noticed it a few times as well on an iPhone 5 recently.

Yes, especially for emails and apps, and usually happens after app updates.

Happens to me pretty much only when using the music app for a bit (it will stall and then jump 8-15%).
