Hi guys. I wonder about how long does it take to he battery to reach its full performance?
I have a 6 days new pro max but it’s worst than the other one I have in terms of battery.

So far i charged it 6 timrs overnight at around 50% with the optimization option on.

Do I need a couple of week to reach the full performance?

The 2 phone have the same settings.
In the new i do not see particular drain.

Thanks

Battery aging kicks in the moment the battery leaves the factory. Capacity can only go down.

The Optimize Battery Charging setting is only a timer of sorts. It doesn't enhance battery performance but only delays when the charger will charge all the way up to 100%. It only works (sometimes) if you've got a regular schedule and plug it in over night. It delays the last 20% of charge until just before you get up if you're on a regular schedule.
All the batteries that roll out of the factory have slightly different capacities. It could be that your underperforming one has a slightly lower capacity and your high performing one has a higher capacity than normal.
Lithium ion batteries don't need to be excercised to reach peak performance. Actually they start degrading slowly the moment they leave the factory

I checked via coconut both devices and they show the same max capacity in terms of battery (3682 mAh)

The general consensus is about a week if you've done any kind of restore or transfer. Usage can often play a factor too. People tend to use their new devices a bit more before settling back into normal habits.

CoconutBattery will only show the maximum Ah specification, not what a battery is capable of putting out.
I have a 6-1/2 year old iPhone 6 Plus with its original battery still in use. CoconutBattery says I've used 1730 load cycles (which sounds about right) and it says the battery health is at 96.7% which is obviously BS. My battery doesn't last as long as it did when it was new.., C B is clearly wrong.

I believe there have been some discussions about this sort of thing in the past where it was mentioned that for a new battery it takes a few cycles to reach its full capacity.

When I got my 12 pro max, wasn’t impressed with the battery life after the first day of usage.

After a full charge on the second day, boy oh boy battery life is unbelievable, out of this world, insanely good, breath taking. 🔋👑

For me battery reached full performance on the second day after a full charge.

Charged to full this morning, just hit 50% 😎

I didn't notice too much drain even the first day with a lot of 'indexing', battery life has been great always.
