Battery Fully Charged or Not?

Can anyone explain this? It happens every now and then when I charge my iPhone 4. Does this happen to any of you?

Did you try calibrate the battery ?, use it until the battery finish, and try to full charge it.
 
iPhones won't charge unless the battery is below 95%. Unplug it until it drops to below 95% and plug it back in. It should charge to 100%.
