Although it looks like it, but they do not correlate to each other,

battery health just indicates the battery level% before charging

and for the cycles, its said to be a regular MBP batteries life = 1000 cycles

It's completely normal. Full charge capacity which is what this number is based off of will fluctuate.

Calibrate your macbook's battery.

While its good to drain the battery (but not leave completely drained) once in a while, this is not going to improve battery life.
 
My mid-2010 mbp is at 597 cycles and it jumps between 88 and 99 percent on a daily basis. (Istat)

So yours is perfectly fine.
