I just checked my battery cycle count and health and saw the above two numbers. Are these normal?
Yes. It's perfectly normal that number will go up and down over time. Don't worry about it.
Although it looks like it, but they do not correlate to each other,
battery health just indicates the battery level% before charging
and for the cycles, its said to be a regular MBP batteries life = 1000 cycles
Since it hasn't been brought up yet, and shouldn't be absent from any of these battery threads, though there maybe dozens daily:
This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:

Calibrate your macbook's battery.
It's completely normal. Full charge capacity which is what this number is based off of will fluctuate.
While its good to drain the battery (but not leave completely drained) once in a while, this is not going to improve battery life.
What app/program are you using to get your result?
Follow the instructions on this link and you're all set.
Just use it and enjoy it
My mid-2010 mbp is at 597 cycles and it jumps between 88 and 99 percent on a daily basis. (Istat)
So yours is perfectly fine.
Thanks everyone for putting my mind at ease. Being new to Mac's and all I just wanted to know everything was fine.
should be fine. I have 19 cycles and 96%. Once it was at 104%. WTF. haha
I have 93% and still good to go. For a zillion times yeap normal
