Battery health after using Battery Case full time

for those of you who had the Apple battery case full time for 1-3 years, how's the iPhone battery health since the internal battery is staying at 100% for much longer. Has it worsened or stayed like new?

im thinking of getting the mini with a battery case when it comes out to have a fast camera activator, long battery on the mini and to prevent replacing the internal battery after 2 years of use but dont want to do it if it will mess up the internal battery health from overcharging.

yeah i stopped using mine - drove my 11 Pro Max health to 84% in less than a year, I'm usually at 92-93% at the end of 1 year

11 Pro. 10 months old. Had the apple smart battery case on 100% of the time (I’d let the phone cycle once a month)
Battery is 100%.

Make sure you allow your phone battery to cycle at least once a month. If you don’t, you will end up with the kind of battery health of you have at the moment.

Didn’t use it full time but battery health at 87%. 11Pro December 2019 purchase. Will still buy the battery case for my 12P
