iPad Pro Battery ICON Status Delayed After Unplugging on iPad

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently noticed an issue with my iPad (M4, 11") running iPadOS 17.6.1. After I finish charging and unplug the cable, the battery status still shows that the iPad is charging for about 10 seconds before it updates.

I’m not sure if this is normal behavior or if it's something I should be concerned about. I didn’t notice this happening before. Has anyone else experienced this?

Mine stays on for a second or two, but nowhere near 10 seconds.

Does the behavior persist after a restart?
