Battery issue

Hi recently i noticed sometimes i have for example 100% when it changes it goes directly to 98%, another time i had 91% then it goes to 89%, how can i solve this the iPhone its new!!

Any suggestions?

Im running 9.1 on iPhone 6s

just want to know if its os problem or hardware related cuz in 9.0.2 when i got out of the box i realize about this now on 9.1 it keeps doing it

You could call AppleCare - but I dont think you have an issue that is fairly normal operation.
Your iPhone discharges, the number goes down.
When charging, the number goes up.
You could turn off the percentage display for the battery.
Settings/Battery. Turn off battery percentage 😀

Yea i know but normally it goes down by 1% not 2%

It is similar to messing around with the human body, if you get enough X-rays and images taken, you'll eventually find things that were never a problem meant to be found.

I had one morning where I was listening to spotify, and intermittently texting. The room was dark so granted my screen brightness was all the way down. Anyways, I had 47 minutes of usage and still at 100%. There are anomalies with these devices all the time. Just enjoy your phone. If you start to see it shut off with 15% life left or ridiculous decreases then I would have concern.

I've never noticed. I don't know when I last had a need to watch numbers float by... Life is already too short 😀
