Since updating to ios 5 my iPhone will last at least 6-7 hours. Sunday I had noticed the battery was draining faster than usual. Only lasting about 5 and a half hours. Is this an issue with the update iOS 5 or am I charging my phone to long? Is anyone else having this issue?

Well one day your battery drained in 5 &1/2 hours and your sure nothing was running that you didn't have running when you got6-7 hours? I would hardly take one days battery performance and come up with anything other than one days battery performance.
iPhone battery issues are not always fatal. It would be a good idea for you to get acquainted with a repair technician if you have such a phone. You will have your warranty for its duration, but after that it will be rather pricey if you decide to go back to the well and have the manufacturer service your phone.
