iPhone 8/Plus Battery lasts and lasts after updating to 13.1.1

No joke.

iPhone 8 256GB here. After the recent update, it feels like my battery lasts twice as long.

Anybody else notice this?

Have noticed a pretty good boost on my two 11 Pro’s.

Am finding super battery life so far on Pro Max. Now at 29% remaining with following battery report.

The Pro Max is a battery monster!

unplugged at 5:50AM it is 3:30PM right now.

I’ve been driving and outside a lot today so brightness has been pushing 100% all the time. Not to mention I played OceanHorn 2 for an entire hour, and Shinsekai for a hour too phone has been on Bluetooth using my AirPods for gaming and navigation.

still at 62%! I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

Updated yesterday to 13.1.1. Noticed better battery on pro Max is amazing. Battery was good on XS Max. On Pro Max is better. Today monitoring battery and wow just wow. Heavy usage. Off charger since 6 am today. It’s 6:15 pm and still at 49% battery left. Just wow!

My battery life on my 11 pro max is no better than my Xs Max. Forget 5 hours. I'm not getting 1 extra minute.
Nothing unusual shows up under battery settings. I did a restore from icloud so all settings are the same. Very strange.

That’s the problem. Set up from new. You must have restored some bad processes.

I was expecting i'd probably have to do that. Just going to be a huge pain. But worth it if it fixes the battery.
