That tells me the idle and max not the in between I’m looking for. Thank you though. I was trying some different things and found if I set the display to best res for display it lowered the power consumption alot. I had it set to most space. I also found out at 1400x900 it’s was actually native res and I had it set to 4k with the more space setting.Check the Energy Management section here:

I installed switchresx and set it to regular 1920x1200 and the power dropped dramatically. Youtube dropped from 20-25 to 12-14 and temps dropped from 62c to 44-48c. The other streaming site dropped from 50-55 to 20-25 drop temps from 85 to 60. With YouTube the battery was around 4 hour should now be almost 7 Pretty big jump.
