Anybody notice a difference since the update? I feel like my 6 plus has been draining quicker. Perhaps I'm just using it more. Not sure.

I have a iPhone 6 Plus and my battery is draining faster under 8.0.2. I'm using it in the same manner as when I was on 8. I normally would be around 75% under 8.0 but I'm currently at 58% under 8.0.2.

Thanks for the response. That's a pretty significant difference. I know for sure that I used my phone way more than usual today but it still felt different. I'll know more tomorrow as I will be using it as I had been under 8.0.

Mine seems to have improved slightly from 7.1.1 and 8.0 since upgrading to 8.0.2. It stays at 100% longer while using it and drops much slower. Particularly noticeable in safari when doing a lot of things on the internet.

It could well be my imagination, but it does feel my 6+ is draining faster since I updated.

My 6+ was draining a decent amount faster so I went back to 8.0.0 and it's back to being incredible again.

Usually I had around 40% by the time I am lying in bed and with 8.0.2 I was at 40% by early afternoon.

You need to use battery doctor which helps you to overcome your battery drainage problem.

I don't seem to be having any issues. I installed 8.0.2 on Friday and so far today:

    Usage - 1 h 48 min
    Standby - 4 h 23 mins

    89%

    iPhone 6+

I never would have been able to use my 5S more than an hour or two and get it to last 24hrs +. I would think that's pretty good.

I get 8 hours of usage usually, before I have to charge it.

8 hours of usage and how much stand by?

Even that doesn't tell the full story. What are you doing, playing games, watching video, streaming music, are you on wifi, 3G, LTE, what's your screen brightness at?

For me, comparing 8 to 8.02 (installed Friday) and my normal usage while at work, I don't see any difference on my 6+.

I NEVER once made it 24 hours with any iPhone (had every one from the 3G to the 6+), prior to this one while actually using it (vs having it sit in standby all day).
