Hi guys, how's your battery life on beta 5 ? I'm running it on a 6s and it seems to be a fair bit poorer than the previous betas.

Standby for me is tremendous on iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6. Use time on Air 2 not so great. On 6 it's pretty good.

Best beta ever! Perfect!! Iphone 6s plus

My battery life was poor the first two to three days of beta 5 on my iPhone 6s. Then it improved greatly.

Mines been bad on all the betas, I almost want to DFU it and reinstall the beta to see if there's an OS corruption but I will wait until the full version is out.

Hopefully I can just live with it until the new iPhone comes out and i'll just do a DFU and sell my current device.

Mine was horrible since PB1 but increasingly better, but not by much...improved tremendously with the ltest beta.

Simply amazing on my 6. Better than with iOS 9. I shared a screenshot in the main sticked thread few days ago, 7 hours of usage with 28 hours of standby, without music played.

Mostly great, with 2 exceptions;

1. When cell reception is weak, my phones antenna goes into overdrive and starts burning a hole in my pocket. It was never this hot before iOS 10.
2. Some third party apps that have yet to be updated cause insane battery drain. DeviantArt being one example. The minute I shut it down the Phone cooled.

This is to be expected, but I'm otherwise impressed.

Battery life was pretty good. 20% with intensive use by 5PM (for a 1.5y.o. phone).

Test device: iPhone 6 Plus.

DB 2 was much worse for me the DB1. Have seen steady improvements in each release. With D5 it seems to be about on par with iOS 9. (6S)

Beta 2 was the high point for me, beta 5 on my iPhone 5 is a little lower than iOS 9. Ran Geekbench battery test and got 2 hrs 27 mins on iOS 10 beta 5, and got 2 hrs 41 mins on iOS 9.

How much better does the battery of a final release get? With it not logging as much data for it being a beta and tracking some activity?
