I've had my iPhone X since launch, so coming up on two months now. Battery life has been exceptional, with most days finishing up at around 8+ hours of usage with roughly 10-15% remaining.

Recently I've noticed the battery life has been absolutely horrible. I'm noticing the phone sitting around 65% battery with only 2-3 hours of usage, suggesting only 4-6 hours on a full charge. That's nowhere near what I've been getting.

Anyone experiencing a similar issue? Any suggestions to fix?

Yes, first thing I did and after finding no damning apps or reason for the battery drain, I posted here.

Is the screen brightness cranked all the way up?

Sounds like your usage is the same as before. Perhaps there was a bad update. Try updating through itunes with the next update.

You need to check any new apps installed.

Also, I would let the battery drain until it’s dead and then charge it to 100%.

Still lose about 10% per hour as when I first bought the X. Understanding they hang at 100% for awhile. Screen is cranked up to 100% when I watch movies. Maybe 4 days a week 1-2 hours each of those days. But, about 70% during normal usage. Watching the movies doesn't seem to impact battery drain. At least not that I can tell.

Are you on 11.2.1? This messed up my battery Life on my x. The first beta of 11.2.5 fixed mine. Second beta has messed it up again ahah
