Ah... 10 or 11 hours makes more sense. Any workouts during that time? Are all third party watch apps up to date?

All 3d pty apps up to date. 30 minute run every day-which makes it crazy. I can understand if that was the reason-but I had 'normal' battery life with my workouts and then all of the sudden the battery crapped out

Yeah... that definitely isn't normal battery performance. I have had a couple of episodes like that after updates, but after a few days the battery life would return to normal. That made me think that it had something to do with apps having to re-cache information that the update may have wiped out. In at least one case battery life returned to normal after I updated several of my watch apps, but since I got multiple updates I didn't know which app had been the culprit. I'm sure it was an app though.

I wish we could see exactly how much battery/usage each app is consuming, the way you can on the iPhone. Before assuming it's a bad battery, you could try removing third party apps for a time to see if battery performance improves.

ok -- so i deleted an app that work makes us use for 2fa (VIP access) it seems to have been 'misbehaving' because today after 8 hours and my normal workout i have 61% left which is much more normal. . . i will keep tabs and see what happens this weekend. . .

I hope that solves the issue, and I really wish Apple would give us a way to monitor individual app usage on the watch. I hate having to guess which app is causing the problem.

Your 2FA app might work better after a re-install. If not you can probably just run it on the iPhone at least.

Has anyone else had the OPPOSITE effect? Yesterday my watch got to 10% around 10 pm. Today it's almost dead at 7 pm, and I'm not even working out like I usually do (taking the week off for my birthday WOOT).

Yes if you read some of the earlier posts, many ppl are complaining of worse battery life after the recent software upgrade.

After 3.2.3, my Series 2 is getting amazing battery life, almost 70-80% left after 9 hours work days. My Series 1 gets less, about 55-60% at end of 9 hours work day. Anyone else see a diff in the Series 1 and 2?

I finally upgraded the software of my 2 year old, 38mm SS S0, and the difference is striking. I usually drop about 4% per hour, but today I'm still at 100% after 2 hours.

Granted, I'm not a power user of the watch. I only use native apps, so my usage primarily consists of email and texts, reminders, checking weather, occasional Siri usage, etc. Also, I keep brightness on the lowest setting. Still, it's a marked improvement so far.

And now I just got down playing golf for a couple of hours, and the battery is at 87% after 5 total hours. That's a big improvement.
