How does it compare for you?

seems like both times i've installed it on my early 2008 MBP, battery life isn't as good as it was with leopard.

My Unibody Macbook seems to get about the same battery life in both OS, the only difference is that it seems to run a bit warmer in SL then it did in 10.5. My guess is they are running the fan less, or at a lower speed to conserve battery.

recaibrated my battery last night after only achieving 2 and a half hours, once calibrated i was able to squeeze 5 hours out of a single charge with my normal workload (photoshop, net, emails) after installing SL i've had 3 hours i will try and recalibrate again

i dont notice any heat change just the normal latent temperature

EDIT
it could be that the OS needs some time to recalculate the battery i've just been told that the battery now has 2 more hours than it did 5 minutes ago
possibly best to recalibrate?
