I've decided to abandon wired peripherals and have decided to buy an apple wireless keyboard. In addition to this I also have a mx revolution which I'll be replacing with another wireless mouse that doesn't have a charging base.

So my questions are these. What is the battery life like on the wireless keyboard? Also what would be the best wireless mouse minus charging base, and what would be the expected battery life on this too? I'm looking mainly at the logitech vx and Microsoft arc.

Wireless Keyboard- The battery life on my Apple Wireless Keyboard lasts about 2 months of OK use.

Wireless Mouse- I love my Wireless Mighty Mouse and get a good few months out of its battery

Go for the Microsoft Arc mouse if you do not want a Wireless Mighty Mouse.

I'm kinda disappointed that the keyboard only gets 2 months of use. I expected it to be nearer to the 6 month mark. Oh well, thanks for the info.
