So I've charged my iPhone to 100% since the first day I got it before using it and I am now at 10%, do I wait until it goes to 0% and then fully charge it?

Apple's website says, "Be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down)."

My usage stats don't show anything. (Usage is blank and Standby is blank in the Time since last full charge.) So is it safe to wait until the iPhone 3G goes to 0% and then fully charge it?

You've probably made a decision on charging by now, but just to let you know...

You can charge it at anytime, the best is to let it drain and then charge it completely, but that's difficult to do every time.

So, if once a month you can drain it completely until it shuts off and then charge it completely, your battery stay healthy for longer (than if you didn't)
