I am testing Mojave on a late 2013 MacBook Air 13", and the battery life and wake from sleep seems to be the same for me, compared to High Sierra.

Hi, are you running Mojave on a 4GB system i5 or i7? So far, how your MacBook Air has been performing? What are the SDD drive speeds? I'm planning to install Mojave as well.

Thank you!

Mojave sucks the life right out of the battery on my late 2016mbp. Connecting and iPad Pro to it will drain the battery faster than all heck.

I am running on the cheapest model with Core i5 (1,3 GHz - Turboboost 2,6 GHz) and 4 GB memory.
I havn't done any speedtest on the SSD, but the Mac feels generally fast. Everything loads as fast as it usually does. Even use it for recording meetings in Garageband without a problem.

That's great news, thank you for the answer.
