Wasn't the 3.0 software supposed to have a percentage meter that states how much battery is left? I thought I even saw it on some of the betas. Did this feature not make the GM version, or is there a specific way to turn it on?

It's not going to work on the 3G.

Have you ever jailbroken? That would do it.

Also, it states on Apple's website that the % is only available on the S.

It IS in the gold master, it's just hidden for the 3G.

Well, I meant that it wasn't an option by default.

A little ridiculous Apple couldn't put the % on the 3G software GM release.

Anyone know how to turn it off and go back to the battery icon?
