Battery Meter on iOS 5

Anyone elso having problems with the battery meter being inaccurate on iOS 5? Yes I've tried draining it all the way and charging it up to 100%.

Yes I had about 13% battery and it turned off.

I noticed that a touch 3 would die a little after 10% battery was passed. I assumed it was keeping a reserve charge for preserving the onboard data since a total loss of power is supposed to be a total loss of data. When draining the 4S for a full recharge it got as low as 1% and sat there for a while. I was using the flashlight app to kill the last bit of juice on it before I charged. I'd expected that to take a little while but it took a lot longer than I thought.

my 3GS had that, since the 4 I haven't seen it. my battery actually got better with iOS 5.

No when I unplug it it doesn't drop any stays at 100%
