Today I took my laptop to Currys (UK) Knowhow desk to upgrade from 4GB to 8GB RAM on my late 2011 MBP 13"
I have not being able to charge it since and now my battery is dead
Freaking out a bit as I have a mountain of work to do tomorrow for deadlines on Monday. My Google Drive doesn't sync great but I have my workmstored on it. Hopefully it will work.
I can't get an apple genius appointment until Tuesday.
I think I'll go down and try to see one of them anyway but I'm not holding out.
I don't have another charger to test it to see if its the laptop or the actual charger cable itself m
Coincidentally, I had to replace my iPhone 5 lightening charger today cos it stopped working. Thankfully a new cable done the job. Can't believe my laptop battery isn't working now.
Was really enjoying my faster laptop too, right up until battery problem 🙁
This happened to any of you guys? Any ways I could try to fix it from home?
