Battery not charging

I have a black macbook and its telling me to replace the battery now. I don't think it's that old. and coconut battery says its fine. I think, unless i am not reading it right. can anyone help?

Coconut battery looks to me like it is saying the battery is dead. I think it is time for a new battery.

I had to replace my battery at least twice, just months apart. I just keep it connected to the charger now
