Battery Percentage App?

Is there an app in the Appstore that will tell you what your battery percentage is at? Mine is off and shuts down when the battery reads a random number (anywhere from 30% on up). I've gotten 3 replacements and all 4 iPhone 4S's have the same issue and we haven't been able to figure out why. My last resort is an app that I can use that will tell me what the correct percentage is. I have downloaded Battery Doctor but it just shows me what the system battery percentage icon shows which is 100% after 14 hours and 35 minutes of standby and 1 hour of usage. Any help would be appreciated.

I use an app that is quite good and not only tells you the percentage, but monitors everything else! The only thing about it as with every other app, you need to open the app to see the percentage. Here is the link:
