Battery Problems

Hi my wife is overseas right now, and is telling me her MBP isn't charging, wont turn on, and adapter is flashing green/orange light. So from the info i gathered from her is that it was working last night and she believes it was fully charged before she went to bed. Also she has tried a friends charging plug, but that didn't work and got the same green/orange flashing light. She cannot turn the computer on and do a SMC. Also on the left side where the battery indicator is there is no led lights. Any help would be great thank you. Also it is a 2010 MBP model if that helps.
