When running on battery and you to it getting low, when do you plug it in, like when itl;s at 40% or 30%?

Also when using A macbook pro and running off the battery, do you guys put it o sleep or turn it off.

When using your macbook pro it is safe to keep it plugged in all the time if I'm using it at home?

Thanks.

Although it is perfectly safe to keep laptops plugged in all the time and start recharging them even if they are not fully out of battery it is far better for the battery to use it completely before recharging it and only plug it in if it is completely out of battery. As for sleeping or turning off that is fairly irrelevant battery-wise.

Actually....no. It is far from "irrelevant" for the health and life of the battery.

For maximum battery efficiency, please follow these guidelines.
