battery question

i am prolly trading my 8gb ipod touch for a 4gb iphone [[is that a good trade] and hes had the iphone since like july but super condition would there be any battery problems like not last as long if its one of the first iphones or so

no battery defect that I know of. Its a matter of what you want. Do you have more than 4gb's of media? If you do, I personally wouldn't trade. But that is your decision.
