iPod touch Battery seems to be going...

It seemed like my battery bar has been going down faster and faster even though I use it about the same amount of time every day. Well today it went down to the half way mark after only 2 hours of listening to music.

Anyone else's battery seem to be going and can I get it replaced at an apple store if that's where I bought it? Also they sent me my receipt online, will they have a record of it cause I doubt I still have the receipt?

but if no apple is nearby call, applecare is really quick.
i live up in northern michigan, and in a day i got a box, in another day apple said they got my computer (my macbook pro), and is currently being repaired, but should be done today, then shipping over weekend, then delivered on monday - tuesday.

6 days in all by using my other times as estimates

Have you jailbroken it? If so, do you have SSH running all the time? I found that leaving SSH on really sucked up the battery.

yeah you can even set up the repair online and it will not take over a week.
