Battery Status Bug or Background Activity?

Under Battery Settings, my Usage and Standby time show the same amount of time. There have definitely been periods of time today where I have not been actively using my phone. Is there an app with background activity that is continuous?

These are all the apps I've used today.

Anyone else seeing this?
