I have a 15" PB 1.67 GHz PPC G4 that I participated in the battery recall program. I noticed a significant decrease in battery performance. So I looked in my system profiler, at the battery section and looked and saw that my batter is only showing 2200 mAh and the specifications for the battery that is supposed to have 4400 mAh. There is only 72 cycles on the battery. Does this seem right to you? To me it does not, that after only 72 charges half of the batter life is gone. It sounds to me like the battery is defective. I have apple care on my computer. What should I do?

Thanks in Advance.

My suggestion is to hit up an apple store if your near one, or call apple. Usually they will just replace it.
