It has happened twice already. The first time was after I updated to 11.2. A reboot helped resolve the issue. And now it’s back. Does anyone know what’s causing this?

Sure. Some application you have on the phone is keeping it awake. Facebook is a past offender, have no idea if they're a current offender. There have been others, someone else in the forum will have a current list.

This started happening again to my X this morning. I though I resolved this problem because it hasn't happened in a long time. Could it be 11.2?

Done a reboot and recharge to 100%...no resolve. Could anyone chime in with info on theirs?

Can you tell us how many percent does your battery lose on standby overnight? Mine loses about 5 to 6% in 8 hours of standby.

Mine stayed 100% charged overnight when it wasn't exhibiting this problem...no kidding.

As an update, my stand by time started separating from my usage time this afternoon. This is after I deleted two grocery apps that I installed in the last couple of days. I also can tell they were not updated for the X. This shows how sensitive the X is to non-updated apps.

Well most of the apps I’m using have already been updated and optimized for the new X. And I always close all apps when not using them. Never leave them running in the background.

I wonder about usage for people who keep a lot of tabs open in safari. Some web sites do a lot of updates all the time and some play videos and then go to the next one, etc. I wonder if those open tabs count for a bunch of "idle" battery usage?
