This is a game, where nothing plays when app is closed, and I have both music and effects always set to 0%, so not sure what this is? Could’ve just put this in the stickied bug/feature thread at the top. This has been happening in iOS for awhile now, I experienced it in 11.3. Nothing new, probably just a bug so report it.
